Curb-Side Commercial Recycling

Town of Warren, Rhode Island

Dear Business Owner,

You may have noticed that some of the businesses in your neighborhood have been putting out green and blue recycling bins each Thursday. These businesses are participating in the Town's first commercial recycling program, and The Town of Warren would like to invite you to participate in our new commercial recycling program as well.

There is no cost to you to participate, all necessary equipment and materials will be provided by the Town's Public Works Department.

In essence, each week the Town has scheduled a regular Thursday morning pick-up for recyclable material from businesses in the downtown area. Each week the recycling truck picks up both mixed recyclables and paper from area businesses participating in the program. The bins need only to be placed out on the curb after 9 a.m.

If you are interested in participating in this program please contact the Town of Warren Department of Public Works at (401)245-0200. Public Works will take your contact information, the name of your business and will drop off a green and blue bin for your use.
