The Town of Warren is considering the sale of the Liberty Street School to a qualified investor who can propose a vision for the building's adaptive reuse that fits Warren's dense downtown neighborhood. Respondent individuals or teams must be capable of managing the requisite planning, regulatory approvals and development process required to realize the proposed use.
