Warren is located on Rhode Island's scenic East Bay, between Providence and Newport. Warren is a unique town with both sandy beaches and rolling farmland. You can explore our shops, galleries, theatre and restaurants or ride down the stunning East Bay Bike Path that stretches from Providence to our neighbor, Bristol. If you have more time, stop by our local library--Warren is steeped in Native American and colonial history and continues to be one of the last working waterfronts in the area. We hope you enjoy our Town and come to see us again.

Red Ribbon Week: October 23rd to October 31st
Each year community organizations across the nation celebrate Red Ribbon Week to promote awareness of substance abuse prevention among youth. The event honors the memory of drug enforcement officer, Enrique Camarena who was murdered in 1985. As part of Red Ribbon Week observances across the nation, participants wear or display a red ribbon to symbolize zero tolerance for illegal drug use by youth and a commitment to substance abuse prevention.
This year the Warren Prevention Coalition is reaching out to the Municipality workers and the Warren Town Council to join in supporting Red Day by wearing red on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 to show our civic support and taking a stand against the abuse of alcohol, tobacco, marijuana and illegal drug use in our community.
