Trail Plan for the National Grid Easement in Warren
The Town of Warren, Rhode Island, through the Office Planning & Community Development is seeking PROPOSALS for the feasibility and design of a trail from Child Street in Warren southward to Bristol (Tupelo Street) along the National Grid easement. Proposals will be received by the Town Clerk’s Office, Warren Town Hall, 514 Main Street, Warren, RI 02885, until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 26th, 2012, at which time the PROPOSALS will be publicly opened and read. This is a Qualifications Based RFP, so fees should be in a separate envelope from the proposal and labeled.
The full Request for Proposals is available below, including the project scope, is detailed below. This RFP is funded through the RI Statewide Planning and the Federal Highway Administration. Requirements for MBE representation on this project should be observed.
