Taxpayers can now use an American Express®, MasterCard® or Visa® credit card or debit card to pay real estate tax, motor vehicle tax or tangible tax bills over the phone or in person a the Town's Tax Collection Office. The Town has contracted with Point & Pay, a third party vendor, to operate as an extension of the Town's customer support and payment processing services.
Taxpayers can make phone payments by calling the Town's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) payment system toll free at 1-866-923-6391. Information requested will include a tax account number and credit or debit card information. A fee is charged for this service. After entering your payment amount but before submitting your payment for processing, a nominal convenience fee is calculated and presented to be charged for this service.
