On Friday, September 6 crews will be in town raising structures (manholes) in preparation for paving operations.  Paving is scheduled to occur Tuesday, September 10 through Friday,  September 13.  The roads to be completed are Wood, Beth, Libby, Connolly, Palmer and the east end of Franklin.  This schedule is weather dependant.

Additional roads are being paved by National Grid, but the scheduled has not yet been determined.

The section of Water Street between Washington and the Wastewater Treatment Plant will receive a top coat of asphalt when the sidewalk work in the area is complete.   (Water St is getting new sidewalks on the west side, south of Washington.)  Sidewalk reconstruction on State Street is in the planning process and will be happening soon.
