 On September 28, 2020 at 5:00PM, the Warren Zoning Board of Review will be conducting a site visit at 215 Water Street, Warren, RI concerning the following application:     
Application #20-35, Wharf Holdings LLC, owner and Waterfront Investments LLC d/b/a The Wharf applicant, 215 Water St, Plat Map 4, Lots 1 & 3, request for a Special Use  under section 32-51 of the Warren Zoning Ordinance to modify the Special Use Permit granted by the Zoning Board on June 19, 2019 to allow for amplified music in the Waterfront Zoning District
